How do I contact claims?

Making a claim (because let’s face it, that’s what you have insurance for) is simple and easy with Bingle!

Remember if you are in an emergency call 000.

If you are making a claim, the first step is to lodge your claim online via https://www.bingle.com.au/application/claim.html 

You can then track your claim online every step of the way by simply logging into Bingle.

Once you've made your claim you will be given direct contact details. 

If your car needs to be towed, make sure they take it to your house or their holding yard. We’ll cover any ‘scene of accident’ costs if the tow truck needs money upfront.

Once you’ve made your claim, we’ll tow your car to the closest Bingle repairer, so it can start being taken care of.

When you lodge a claim with Bingle, you must pay the excess upfront. We'll refund the excess in full if we determine that you're not at fault, and we've identified the responsible party based on the information you've provided. 

If you have an accident that isn't your fault, you may with to lodge a claim with the responsible party's insurer for the damage to your car - if you do this, you wont have to pay the excess to lodge a claim with us.
