We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you miss your monthly payment, don't worry! We have you sorted.
What we will do is try again 14 days after your first direct debt attempt (or the next business day). Through this time you're still covered in the event of an accident.
If we're still not successful in taking payment, we will try again on your next coming debt date for both months.
So for example:
Your debt date is January 1st for $50.00
If your payment doesn't go through, we will try again on January 14th for the $50.00
If that doesn't go through, we will try again on your next payment which will be February 1st for $100. (your Jan payment plus Feb payment).
If that doesn't go through, the policy will be cancelled. You're welcome to start a new policy if this happens however.
