I've tried to cancel my policy but it won't work?

Be assured you can cancel your policy anytime at Bingle, however you just might not be able to do it yourself sometimes.

Unfortunately, you aren’t able to cancel your policy yourself if you’re up for renewal, you’ve missed a monthly payment or if your payment date’s not the same as the start date of your insurance.

So if you’ve tried to cancel and one of these issues has meant you are unable to, please submit a request, outlining any additional details so our team can respond to you as quickly as possible to sort this out.
