You'll be asked when and where the loss occurred. If you don't know please put where you were (and the approximate time) when you realised the keys were missing.

What if my car needs to be towed home, or to a repairer?
We'll arrange it for you and we'll pay the tow company.
Can I get a hire car while I’m waiting for my replacement keys?
Yes, if you've purchased the Keep Mobile option on your policy we’ll book a hire car for you and we’ll pay for it.
