I've tried to cancel my policy but it won’t work?

Be assured you can cancel your policy any time at Bingle, however you just might not be able to do it yourself sometimes.

Unfortunately you aren't able to cancel your policy yourself if: You're up for renewal; you've missed a monthly payment or if your payment date is not the same as the start date of your insurance.

So if you've tried to cancel and one of these issues has meant you are unable to, please submit a request, outlining any additional details so our team can respond to you as quickly as possible to sort this out.

We'll process the cancellation for you from the date of your request and refund you the unexpired portion of the premium, less any non-refundable government charges, if the refund is more than $1.
