If you have received a letter from us at Bingle advising that your monthly payment failed, please check your payment card details and make sure your card is valid. You can update your payment card details by logging on to your policy.

If you are unsure why your payment failed or think this has happened by mistake, please contact your financial institution. The letter we sent you will let you know details of the next steps Bingle will take.
