Sometimes when you try to make a claim online we need to clarify a few details before we can officially lodge it. On those occasions we save the details you have given as a 'Report Only'. This also occurs when you haven't paid your excess at lodgement time.
What should I do next?
Please contact us on 1300 735 640. Your claim will progress once we have spoken to you. If we haven't heard from you in two business days, we'll contact you to:
- turn it into a claim if it’s eligible
- take your excess payment, and
- arrange the repairs
You can call us as soon as the report is lodged if you like - the details of the accident are updated immediately with our Claims Team.
