Sometimes when you try to make a claim online we need to clarify a few details before we can officially lodge it. On those occasions we save the details you have given as a 'Report Only'. This also occurs when you haven't paid your excess at lodgement time.
What should I do next?
Please contact us on . Your claim will progress once we have spoken to you. If we haven't heard from you in two business days, we'll contact you to:
- turn it into a claim if it’s eligible
- take your excess payment, and
- arrange the repairs
You can call us as soon as the report is lodged if you like - the details of the accident are updated immediately with our Claims Team.
