Sometimes when you try to make a claim online we need to clarify a few details before we can officially lodge it. On those occasions we save the details you have given as a 'Report Only'. This also occurs when you haven't paid your excess at lodgement time.
What should I do next?
Click here to log in, and check the "Actions" Tab for your claim. There you'll find a button to get your claim started. Depending on your claim, you'll be able to:
- turn it into a claim,
- make your excess payment, and
- arrange the repairs
