Here at Bingle, we require all customers to pay an upfront excess when they lodge a claim with us. This excess will then be refunded back to you if we determine you’re not at fault and we have all the details we need about the other driver. If you’ve lodged a claim, but haven’t paid the excess, the claim will be marked as a ‘Report’ with us. Our claims team will then be in contact with you to discuss whether you’d like to take the claim further.
To pay your excess:
- Log in to Bingle Self Service and check the ‘Actions tab’ of the policy you’re claiming for.
- Click the button inside the tab to go through with your excess payment.
From there, we’ll process your claim and you’ll be able to arrange the repairs.
