If you’ve decided you’re not quite ready to make a claim, but still want to notify us of the information, you can lodge a report. This will save all the information you can supply us, without needing to lodge the actual claim. If you decide you want to go ahead with it, you can pick back up where you left off, and lodge the claim.
To change it from a report to a claim, just follow the below steps:
- Log in to Bingle Self Service and check the ‘Actions tab’ of the policy you’re claiming for.
- Click the button inside the tab to go through with your claim.
From there, we’ll process your claim and you’ll be able to arrange the repairs.
