If you can’t remember your email address
If you can’t remember the email address you log in with, you can reset it. Make sure you type in all your details exactly as they appear on your policy. You can also request a manual password reset if you can’t remember your password too.
It’s important to note that only one person can use one particular email address to log in at a time, so if you’re having trouble registering a new email address this may be because it’s already in use.
If you can’t remember your password
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it. You’ll receive an email to reset it, be sure to press the big yellow button that says ‘Reset password’.
If you want to change your password
If you’d like to change your password, log in to Bingle Self Service and click ‘Change password’ at the top of your account, next to ‘Logout’, and follow the prompts.
If your policy doesn’t come up when you log in
You might have to manually add in your policy. To add a policy in, log in and click ‘Where’s my policy’, type in your policy number and follow the prompts. If you can’t remember your policy number, no need to stress, you can find it using our policy finder tool.
If you’ve registered a different name for your Bingle Self Service account to your policy – for example, if your name is Joshua but you registered with Josh – Self Service won’t give you access. If there’s a different date of birth, that may be the cause of the issue too.
You’ll need to register a new email address to log in with Bingle Self Service, using the version of your name as it appears on your policy.
