You can only lodge a claim or check an existing one via Bingle Self Service. Please note that you’ll be charged an excess upfront when you make a claim, and this will be refunded back to you if we determine you weren’t at fault.
If you’re lodging a claim:
- Log in to Bingle Self Service and select the policy you’d like to make a claim for.
- Select ‘Make a claim’. From there, you’ll need to fill in all the details of the accident. You’ll then get your authorised repairer details.
