Enter your policy number as shown on your insurance schedule. Your policy number is 'CAR' followed by 9 digits (eg, CAR123456789).

If you would like it cancelled from a past date, proof may be required.

By ticking this box it means you have changed your mind within 21 days of purchasing the policy (you haven’t made a claim) and you want to cancel your policy to receive a full refund.

Note: If you're entitled to a refund, it'll be processed back onto your original payment card/s. If this fails and the bank returns the funds, a cheque will be sent to your postal address instead.
