How do I cancel my policy?

To cancel your policy, follow this link to Bingle Self-Service, and follow these steps:

1. Login to Bingle Self-Service
2. Click ‘Update my policy’
3. Select your policy from the policy list which appears.
4. Under the sub-heading of ‘Policy options’, select 'Cancel policy'

You will be asked from when you want the policy cancelled, and the reason. Then, look for the big yellow button that says ‘Cancel Policy’ and press that.

However, cancellation isn’t always the answer! If you need to make changes to your policy, such as updating your car details, or if you’ve got a new car and want to swap it out, you don’t have to cancel your policy.
