On your policy document we have your car covered for its 'market value'. Your car includes keys, accessories, or modifications that are permanently fitted to your car.
You won't see a dollar amount listed on the policy because this can only be determined in the unfortunate event of a total loss claim. Market value includes many factors including the age, make, model, kilometres travelled and general condition of the car. We may also use industry publications to assist us in calculating the market value amount. Market value excludes costs of registration and compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and transfer fees, dealer warranty costs and dealer delivery.
