If you have made a claim and want to check its progress, you will need to log into My Claim Manager. There, you’ll be able to book an assessment, view or edit an assessment booking (up to 24 hours before the booking time), view details of our authorised repairer and view the estimated completion date for repairs.
You'll also be able to book and view existing bookings for hire car, change the date and location and nominate a driver (if eligible). If an excess applies, you'll be able to pay it.
