Yes, if you have purchased the Keep Mobile option (hire car cover) on your Bingle Comprehensive Car policy and you have lodged a claim with Bingle, we'll arrange a hire car for you that is of a similar make and model to your car (if available).
If we can’t provide you with a hire car from one of our providers within a reasonable distance from your location, we’ll pay you up to $50 a day (incl. GST) to help you make your own travel arrangements. Please make sure you can provide us with proof of costs you have incurred such as receipts.
If you don’t have the Keep Mobile option, you might be able to get a hire car through the other party’s insurer if you require one.
