- in the ‘Event type’ field, select ‘Other’ from the drop down menu, then
- select ‘Loss or theft of keys’ in the next question.
If you need to get a tow home or to the repairer, we can arrange one for you 24/7. Simply call 
. We can cover the reasonable costs to tow your vehicle, just make sure you keep all your receipts and invoice for reimbursements come claim time.
If you’ve purchased our Keep Mobile Optional Extra with your policy, and we accept your claim, we’ll organise a hire car for you while we replace your keys.
