Multi factor authentication (MFA) is required to access your Bingle policies online. It is designed to reduce fraud risk and strengthen security, by limiting unauthorised access to our customer policies, even if a password has been compromised.
This also ensures we’re meeting APRA recommendations for robust account protection.
When you log in you will be prompted to complete MFA as part of the sign process, this will involve entering a one time password (OTP).
You may opt for us to remember your browser for 90 days, so that you don’t need to complete MFA again within that period.
You’ll be prompted to complete MFA again:
- After the 90 day period, or
- If you have logged in with a new device or browser
