How do I enable MFA?
When you next log into your online account you’ll be asked if you want to enable MFA. If you opt in, you’ll be guided through some simple steps to enable MFA.
You will then be asked if you want us to remember your browser for 90 days. At the end of 90 days, you will need to complete the MFA process again. If you have logged in with a new device or browser, you’ll need to complete the MFA process again on that device or browser.
If you prefer not to use your mobile device, you can opt for email-based OTP instead. This ensures the level of security is maintained even if you lose your phone, don’t have your device with you or if you change your mobile number.
Do I have to enable MFA?
No. MFA is optional, you can choose to skip MFA enrolment if you prefer. However, we strongly recommend that you use MFA to protect the sensitive information in your online account.
