To register for Bingle Self-Service, follow this link and fill out your details in full. Please ensure these details are identical to your policy. An example of the page can be seen below:
Once you've filled out your details, you will receive an email prompting you to complete registration by creating a password. If you do not receive this email, or have an errors, simply register again.
If you can’t remember your password
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it here. You’ll receive an email and within that email, please click on the big yellow button that says, ‘Reset password’.
If you haven’t received your password reset email
If you haven’t received your password reset email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. If your spam folder is empty, there is a chance you may not have registered that email address for self-service, in which case you can register it here.
If you want to change your password
If you haven’t forgotten your password, but just want to change it, log in to Bingle Self-Service and click ‘Change password’ at the top of your account, next to ‘Logout,’ and follow the prompts.
If your policy doesn’t come up when you log in
You may need to manually add your policy to your existing policy list. To add a policy, log in, click ‘Add an existing policy’ and follow the prompts. If you can’t remember your policy number, no need to stress, you can find it using our policy finder tool.
If you’ve registered a different name for your Bingle Self-Service account to your policy, you won’t be able to add your policy to the existing account, because the details don’t match for example:
- if your name is Joshua but you registered with Josh; or
- if the policy is in your name, but the self-service account is registered in your partner’s name; or
- if there’s a different date of birth
You’ll need to register a new email address to log in with Bingle Self-Service, using the version of your name as it appears on your policy. This email address can be different to the email we contact you through (but you can change that if you want to.)
