Need help managing your policy? You can nominate a representative to act on your behalf. They’ll be able to do almost everything you as a policyholder can do, like make changes, access your policy information, and even cancel policies you no longer require.
If you have any questions about what a nominated representative can and can’t do, please contact consumerfeedback@bingle.com.au.
Before you get started
- Only the policyholder can add a nominated representative.
- Representatives must be 18 years or older.
- Representatives can remove themselves from your policy at any time.
- Representative cannot remove any other authorised parties or replace the policyholder.
- If you have Power of Attorney, you’ll need to complete and submit a Power of Attorney form.
How to add or remove a representative
- Fill out the Nominated Representative form.
- Add your details - include your policy number and your representative’s details.
- Submit the form - we’ll review your request and send you an email once it’s done.
Need someone authorised on your claim?
Adding a nominated representative to your policy doesn’t give them access to any open or active claims.
If you'd like your representative to manage or access information about a current claim, you’ll need to contact our claims team directly at myclaim@bingle.com.au and include your claim number in the subject line.
