If you’ve paying your premiums annually you can click here to make your payment online before the due date.
If you're paying by monthly instalments the policy will renew automatically - so you don't have to do anything. If the premium has changed, the monthly debit will change accordingly.
To make changes to your renewal or if you pay by the month, simply login to your policy, make your changes and check that you’re happy with the new offer.
If you've attempted to pay for your renewal and received the following error,
this would either be because you're trying to renew a policy already set up for monthly direct debits, or your policy is already renewed and you're attempting to pay us again!
Remember, you can always check the status of your policy when you login.
