To make changes to your renewal or if you pay by the month, simply login to your policy, make your changes and check that you’re happy with the new offer. You’ll be all set for another year! Monthly policies will automatically renew on your renewal date.
If you've attempted to pay for your renewal and received the following error,
this would either be because you're trying to renew a policy already set up for monthly direct debits, or your policy is already renewed and you're attempting to pay us again (you're too generous!).
Remember, you can always check the status of your policy when you login.
