If your policy payment frequency is Pay by the Month you can update your card payment details easily via My Account
- Log in and click the ‘Payments & Billing’ tab.
- Select a policy to update.
- Click ‘Update payment method’.
- Enter your new details and then click ‘Submit’.
If you are updating because you missed a monthly instalment and your payment details are out of date, you will need to make a manual payment prior to updating your payment details for future debits. Please be mindful that making a manual payment does not update the payment details for future debits.
It’s important to note that if you pay your premium annually, you’ll have to wait until you receive your renewal notice to make your payment for the next year. You will also be able to switch to Pay by the Month at this time if you wish.
