With Bingle, all customers need to pay their excess up front when they claim, whether they’re at fault or not. You don’t have to pay your excess immediately, but until you do, your claim will be a ‘Report’. Our claims team will then get in touch with you to see if you want to take the claim further.
You can pay your excess easily online using Bingle Self Service:
- Log in and go to the ‘Track my claim’ tab
- From there, you should see a button that says ‘Pay Excess’ or another button asking you to complete your claim lodgement.
- Click the button to continue. You should then receive a receipt number once the payment has been successfully processed.
Once the excess is paid, you’ll be able to book your repairer.
