A Bingle policy can be cancelled at any time but sometimes you can't do it yourself online.
You won't be able to cancel it online yourself if:
- your policy is close to renewing and you’re trying to cancel before the renewal date
- you've missed a monthly payment
- a payment is currently processing
- your payment date is later than the policy start date
So, if you’ve tried to cancel and have come up against one of these issues, please submit a request with any relevant details so our team can sort it out as quickly as possible.
