You can lodge a claim or check on your existing one via Bingle Self-Service.
If you’re lodging a claim:
• Log in to Bingle Self-Service and select the policy you’d like to make a claim for.
• Select ‘Make a claim’ and follow the prompts. From there, you’ll need to fill in all the details of the accident. You’ll then get your authorised repairer details.
If you’re checking in on an existing claim:
• Log in to Bingle Self-Service, and select the policy you made a claim for.
• From there, you’ll be able to see the status of your claim.

If you need to contact claims about a complaint, or if you have not yet lodged a claim, please email claims@suncorp.com.au and include your claim number in the subject heading (if you have one).
