You can only lodge a claim or check an existing one via Bingle Self Service. Please note that you’ll be charged an excess upfront when you make a claim, and this will be refunded back to you if we determine that you weren’t at fault.
If you’re lodging a claim:
- Log in to Bingle Self Service and select the policy you’d like to make a claim for.
- Select ‘Make a claim’ and follow the prompts. From there, you’ll need to fill in all the details of the accident. You’ll then get your authorised repairer details.
If you’re checking in on an existing claim:
- Log in to Bingle Self Service, and select the policy you made a claim for.
- From there, you’ll be able to see the status of your claim.
